- Prices are per person per day based on half board.
- The price includes a 12% agency commission. The price does not include a residence tax of 3.00 KM per person/day.
- The price does not include guest insurance of 0.50 KM per person/day.
- Supplement for a single room is 50% of the regular price.
- Children up to 6 years old stay for free.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old have a 50% discount.
- Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is until 11:00.
- Accommodation in the hotel is only available to the person registered with the receptionist.
- For a 14-day stay, a 10% discount is granted.
- To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of at least 30% within 7 days of receiving the proforma invoice is required.
- For the period from 28.12.2023 to 04.01.2024, a minimum stay of 5 days and a 100% advance payment are mandatory.
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- The hotel does not consider unfavorable weather conditions as a valid reason for early departure.
- In the event of early departure (except for death or injury), 50% of the full price until the reservation end date will be charged.
- The hotel reserves the right to change prices under certain circumstances.
